WHO KNOWS THIS RAPIST??

I surfed the internet this Morning and saw a quest for someone who can Identify this Rapist and I had to share.

It was said that the guy in the photos below was raping a girl and his friends filmed.The girl could be heard screaming "aye mi ti baje" meaning my life is ruined.How cruel???but the only thing is that the video was filmed in such a way that the rapist's face was seen.Human rights top shots have gotten the video and will definitely arrest this fellow if he is found.

Please,If you know this fellow,kindly let me know so I could reach the people in charge.Share this let others see because this wicked act must be stopped.
