18-MONTH OLD ROONA TRAPPED IN HER GIGANTIC HEAD.

A heartbreaking story of a liltle Indian girl who suffers from Hydrocephalus,(water in the brain) a build up of fluid inside the skull.Her father who earns the equivalent of N200 cannot pay for her to be treated.They try to keep her comfortable and watch her always.

Children diagnosed of this disorder are promptly treated and they eventually live their normal life. It is impossible to know how Roona came to be affected by this and the related conditions she must be suffering from.

Joining the Government's health failure and inability to extend social safety net for the poor in the rural areas,I wonder how this case would be handled.
